Terms of use

These terms set out the basis on which vantageportal.online is made available. They are deliberately short, and they do not attempt to take away rights that Australian law gives you.

1. Who provides this site

This website is published by KOKSAKI s.r.o., Cimburkova 916/8, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company number 08935092, VAT CZ08935092, contactable at info@vantageportal.online. Using the site means these terms apply to that use.

2. What the site is for

It provides general information about desktop games and common problems with them. It is written for a general audience and cannot take account of your particular machine, your circumstances or your contract with any game publisher. It is not professional advice — not technical, security, financial or legal advice — and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified person or from the company that actually supplied the product you are having trouble with.

3. Information about products may be out of date

Anything stated here about a third-party product comes from material published by that product's vendor at the time of writing. Products change: system requirements, features, monetisation, availability and terms are all altered by their owners without reference to us. Before acting on anything here, check the vendor's own website, which is the only current source. Where we have not been given a fact, we say it is not stated rather than filling the gap.

4. Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites, including one paid link disclosed on our affiliate disclosure page and several links to Australian government bodies. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond what the linking text says. When you follow a link you leave this site, and the other site's terms and privacy practices apply to you there.

5. The commercial arrangement

KOKSAKI s.r.o. is paid a commission by an advertiser when a reader follows the paid link on this site, registers and installs. We are not a party to any transaction you enter into with that advertiser or with any other third party, we process no payments, and we cannot intervene in a dispute between you and them. 6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, stylesheet and graphics of this site are the property of KOKSAKI s.r.o. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use, and to quote briefly with attribution and a link. Republishing pages in substance, or presenting this material as your own, is not permitted.

Raid: Shadow Legends and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Vantage Portal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Product names are used only to identify and describe the products discussed.

7. Liability, and what cannot be excluded

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will be available without interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it resupplied. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, general information published here — including anything that happens on a third-party website you reached from a link.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission publishes guidance on consumer guarantees and on the rights that cannot be excluded, and that guidance prevails over anything on this page if the two ever conflict.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Any change is published here with a new effective date, and applies from that date to use of the site after it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established. This does not deprive a consumer resident in Australia of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under those laws.
