How to reach the publisher

There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate. A form would collect your details into a system we would then have to describe, secure and justify. Email reaches us directly and leaves the record in your own sent folder as well as ours.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If something on a page is factually wrong, tell us which page and what is inaccurate. This is the correspondence we most want to receive.
  • Questions about the commercial arrangement. Anything the affiliate disclosure does not make clear.
  • Privacy requests. Access, correction, or a question about what the site does with information. The privacy policy sets out the process and the escalation route.
  • Trade mark and rights enquiries. If you represent a rights holder and believe something here is used incorrectly.

What we cannot help with

It is fairer to say this in advance than to reply to it one message at a time. We are not the publisher of any game, we hold no player accounts, and we have no access to any game's systems. That means we cannot recover an account, reverse a ban, restore progress, refund a purchase, or pass a message to a publisher's support team. Requests of that kind have to go to the company that operates the game, and our pages on account access and purchases and refunds set out how to approach them and in what order.

We also do not provide individual technical support. The symptom pages are written to be worked through without us, and a diagnosis by email from someone who cannot see the machine would be guesswork.

What happens to an email you send

It arrives in a mailbox operated for KOKSAKI s.r.o. and is read by the people who maintain this site. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. It is not used for advertising, and it is not passed to the advertiser. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months so that a later message about the same matter makes sense, and is then deleted. Whatever you choose to put in the message is the only information we have about you — the site itself collects nothing.

If a privacy matter is not resolved

Write to us first at the address above. If you are not satisfied with the response, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner handles privacy complaints in Australia and publishes guidance on how to make one. The full route is described in the privacy policy.

Response times

This is a small publication and correspondence is answered by people rather than by an automated system. We aim to reply to a straightforward message within five working days, and to a privacy request within the period set out in the privacy policy. A message sent twice does not arrive sooner.
